A Louis XVI period carved gilt wood barometer - thermometer decorated on the top by two doves on a torch and a quiver, symbol of Love, surrounded by a laurel wreath.
Original gilding. Interesting historical references for the thermometer. The mechanism was revised. In very good condition.
